Maggie and Patrick at Woodend Sanctuary
Maggie and Patrick are one of those couples that inspire kindness and happiness everywhere they go. During their engagement session, Maggie gushed about her fiancée and Patrick couldn’t take his eyes off her. Their beautiful wedding day started at the elegant Omni Shoreham DC where they shared a first look in the spectacular gardens. We jetted off to the Holy Trinity Church in Georgetown for their ceremony where the priest kindly let us onto the balcony for some overhead photos.
Their reception kicked off at Woodend Sanctuary, a perfect location for a summer wedding in the DC area. Maggie’s vision was pastels and flowers, a la Bridgerton, and her vendor team brought it all together. With gorgeous architecture, a stunning garden, secret pathways and a wild meadow, we really couldn’t get enough of Woodend Sanctuary and we took time to take portraits before and after cocktail hour. Maggie and Patrick moved among their guests with so much ease and patience before sneaking off to the side gardens for photos in the flowers.
After tearful speeches, they cut a beautiful cake and then District DJ got an incredible party started. The dance floor was packed for hours!!! It was an amazing day that I wish I could relive over and over!
