Colorful Fall Wedding at Stone Tower Winery

Shannon and Chad met through friends at Virginia Tech and married eight years later in the rolling hills of Stone Tower Winery. Nestled in Leesburg, Virginia, this incredible venue was the backdrop to an unforgettable day! Color and whimsy was the theme, from the custom invitations to the magical reception space created by Lissa Marie Events and Floral Impressions.

Chad watched his bride walk down the aisle while the sun set behind them. They said their “I do’s” with some Australian flair, courtesy of officiant Michael Rye, and walked back down the aisle to the cheers of their guests.

Afterwards, we strolled through the vineyard for the most amazing golden hour portraits! I truly love Stone Tower Winery and every time I’m there, or in the Leesburg area, I always remember how magical it is.

Shannon and Chad kicked things off with a Smirnoff Ice competition, live music from 10spot Band and the dessert table of DREAMS thanks to Amanda at Signature Sweets. The dance floor was so wild that only my Hokies will know what I really mean when I say that it. was. WILD. Hey Hokies, if you want a photographer that can keep up on the dance floor, get in touch!
